Our 8 Step Process

Here’s what you can expect when you partner with Husek Construction on your next project!
1. Meet with Consultant
This is where it all begins. We'll meet with you to discuss your ideas, needs, and budget. Then, we'll pair that with our expertise to offer the perfect solution. Already know exactly what you want? No problem at all! We can confirm measurements for your project and start working on pricing.
2. Receive Project Proposal
Usually this can be done during the appointment. For more unique projects this could take a couple of days. We will put together a comprehensive proposal for your project including labor and materials. This will include details regarding the project lead time, total number of work days expected, and payment options.
3. Place your Order
Like what you see? Great! Let's get the ball rolling. We offer digital contract signing and payment so that your busy schedule doesn't interrupt a tight timeframe.
4. Schedule Installation
Once materials are received and any applicable permits are apporved, it's time to set a date. We'll contact to you put your installation on the calendar in one of our next available slots, or one that fits your schedule.
5. Materials Delivered
Materials will typically be delivered 1-3 days prior to your scheduled installation date. We'll send a representative by to check and confirm that materials and quantities are correct, and to inspect for any damage. This helps to ensure that there are no delays your project.
6. Installation Begins
It's time to get to work! We're just as excited as you to see the completed project. That is why we strive for a timely installation process (typically 1-3 days).
7. Clean Up
We want your yard looking better than we found it. Not worse! Dirt that we dug up can be spread along the fence line, or relocated for an additional charge (please discuss with consultant). Leftover materials and debris will be removed promptly once we're finished.
8. Final Inspection
A supervisor will visit within a few days to inspect the project and confirm your complete satisfaction. At Husek Construction, we truly believe that there is no better way to advertise than word of mouth. That's why we take every step possible to make sure that you love your new fence.
